In 2020 Vestacare opened their first Supported Living Service.

 

Grimshaw Lane boasts five new build studio flats. Providing independent living opportunities for individuals with learning disabilities who aspire to live in their own home. Vestacare are able to provide this experience by accommodating 24 hour support and a programme of life skills development.

Our support staff encourage the people we support to perform a routine of daily tasks including shopping, house keeping and food preparation. To promote community integration, weekly schedules will include day trips to swimming, cinemas, trampoline parks, museums and local parks plus regular attendance to disco themed events within the disability community.
